Ingenius AI exists because we kept seeing the same gap: companies that needed serious software, and vendors selling them templates. We answer with the only credential that cannot be faked: products of our own, running in the real world.

Ingenius AI SRL is a software holding based in Romania. We design and engineer AI-powered software on two tracks: our own products, and custom builds for clients.
The first track came first. We spent years building Nexus Prime, a desktop platform that coordinates 114 specialist AI agents into one workforce, and Tax Vertical, a self-hosted accounting and business management platform covering 51 countries. Building products end to end, design, engineering, infrastructure, and economics, is the hardest school in software.
The second track is the natural consequence. The same architecture decisions, the same AI orchestration patterns, and the same obsession with cost-aware quality are available to companies that need them, through a small number of client engagements at a time.

Claudiu founded Ingenius AI to build software the way he wanted software built for himself: AI-native, honestly priced, and owned by the people who pay for it. He leads product and engineering across the holding, from Nexus Prime's multi-agent orchestration to Tax Vertical's self-hosted accounting core, and works directly on every client engagement.
