§ 1Who we are

This website is operated by Ingenius AI SRL, a company registered in Romania ("Ingenius AI", "we"). For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].

§ 2What we collect

• Contact form data. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, company, project details, and message you typed. We use this solely to evaluate and reply to your inquiry.
• Server logs. Like practically every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.

This website does not set advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

§ 3Legal basis and retention

We process contact inquiries on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business requests (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, then delete it.

§ 4Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox through our email infrastructure. We do not share your data with third parties beyond the providers needed to host this site and deliver email. Your inquiries are never used to train AI models.

§ 5Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). Email [email protected] and we will handle it.

§ 6Product privacy

Our products Nexus Prime and Tax Vertical have their own privacy terms, published on their respective sites. Notably, both are architected so customer data stays under the customer's control.
