[ SHEET IA-002.4 / DESKTOP APPS ]
Desktop software, the modern way
Some software belongs on the desktop: it needs your files, your hardware, offline reliability, or true data privacy. We ship cross-platform desktop applications built on Tauri and Rust, the same architecture behind both of our own products.
MODULE 01 / SHEET IA-002.4
01
Cross-platform builds
One codebase, native installers for Windows, macOS, and Linux, at a fraction of Electron's footprint.
MODULE 02 / SHEET IA-002.4
02
Offline-first & self-hosted
Apps that keep working without internet and keep data on the user's machine by design.
MODULE 03 / SHEET IA-002.4
03
Hardware & system integration
File system, terminals, local databases, embedded webviews, background services.
MODULE 04 / SHEET IA-002.4
04
Secure by architecture
Local encrypted storage and explicit permissions, so privacy is a property, not a promise.

The stack we reach for
Chosen per project, proven in our own products.
The same architecture decisions behind Nexus Prime and Tax Vertical are available for your build.
[ SHEET IA-002.4 / QUESTIONS ]
Asked before, answered honestly
Why Tauri instead of Electron?+
Smaller binaries, lower memory, native webviews, and a Rust core. We have shipped two production Tauri applications; it is the stack we trust with our own products.
Can a desktop app talk to our web systems?+
Yes. Desktop apps can sync with your APIs and cloud while keeping sensitive work local. Hybrid is normal.
Do you handle code signing and distribution?+
Yes: signed installers, update channels, and release management are part of the engagement.
